Shipping All items shipped 'best way' will be shipped ground using the most economical method available. USPS priority mail or UPS ground. Whichever method is calculated to save you the most money. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order ships. Be sure to include an email address at the time of you signup for an account. This is the prefered method of communication regarding orders. Because many items are liquids or have an ORMD status we can only ship these orders ground track. Next day and 2nd day shipping orders will not be available to you. Please plan ahead! Returns Items retuned for refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We accept returns on new, uninstalled and unused products for exchange or in-store credit only. There is no return on products after 30 days from the time of shipment. Every return must obtain a return authorization number (RA) before a return can be processed. Returns & Exchanges for orders made through PayPal are different than our normal policies. Returns must be made within 365 days in order to obtain the return credit back into your PayPal account. Returns made after 365 days will be issued a refund check. Exchanges cannot be accepted - if you need to make an exchange, we can give you a refund for your return and then we recommend that you place a new order for the item you want. Backorders We ship most orders complete within 48 hours of your order. We may occasionally be out of stock on a particular model or item. We ship orders complete. If a product is not in stock at the time of purchase we will hold all purchased products until full order can be completed. Please feel free to consult a customer service representative for information on order status.
Damaged Shipments Should something arrive damaged, please protest to the delivery person and file an immediate claim with the shipping company. If you need assistance with processing your claim, we are happy to help. Remember to keep all original shipping containers and packing material for inspection. Please note that all shipping damage claims are paid by the shipping company, not Outdoor Gear Care.
Payment Information: All items are sold in U.S. dollars. Internet, phone and faxed orders are not charged until the time of shipment.
